H2NOW Chicago (www.h2nowchicago.org) is an innovative new tool for real-time water quality monitoring in the Chicago River. The H2NOW platform tests new sensing and analytic technologies to measure water quality parameters and communicate them with the public in real-time.
This interactive session taught attendees about H2NOW Chicago, how to read and interpret the gauges, the complexities involved in monitoring water quality, and Current’s goals for the future of the platform.
